3 CURRY LEAVES
1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
1/2 TS TURMERIC POWDER

2 CUPS WATER
1 TS BIRYANI MASALA
2 RED CHILIS

BIG PAN
RICE COOKER

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1 : BOIL THE 6 EGGS
STEP 2 : CUT EGGS IN HALF.
STEP 3 : AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
STEP 4 : CHOP THE RED ONIONS
STEP 5 : CHOP THE JALAPENO GREEN PEPPER
STEP 6 : CHOP THE TOMATOES
STEP 7 : START STOVE MEDIUM
STEP 8 : PUT 2 TS OF VEGETABLE OIL
STEP 9 : PUT 1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
STEP 10 : PUT CHOPPPED RED ONIONS


STEP 11 : AND FRY FOR 2 MINS
STEP 12 : PUT CHOPPED GREEN PEPPERS
AND RED CHILIS
STEP 13 : BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES
STEP 14 : ADD GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE
STEP 15 : ADD TURMERIC POWDER, BIRYANI MASALA
STEP 16 : ADD CURRY LEAVES AND 2 CUPS
WATER TO MIXTURE
STEP 17 : BOIL FOR 4 MINS

STEP 18 : PUT MIXTURE AND 2 CUPS WATER
IN PRESSURE COOKER.
STEP 19 : ADD 12 SLICES EGGS TO RICE.
STEP 20 : MIX RICE GENTLY.
