1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
1/2 TS TURMERIC POWDER

2 CUPS WATER
1 TS BIRYANI MASALA
2 RED CHILIS

DIRECTIONS

BOIL AND PREPARE BASMATI RICE
IN PRESSURE COOKER
AND KEEP IT ASIDE.

CHOP THE RED ONIONS and PEEL THE POTATOES
CHOP THE JALAPENO GREEN PEPPER
CHOP THE BEANS

CHOP THE CARROTS
CHOP THE POTATOES
CHOP THE TOMATOES

START STOVE MEDIUM
PUT 2 TS OF VEGETABLE OIL
PUT 1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
PUT CHOPPPED RED ONIONS AND FRY FOR 2 MINS

PUT CHOPPED GREEN PEPPERS AND RED CHILIS
BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES
PUT THE SLICED BEANS,CARROTS,POTATOES

ADD GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE
ADD TURMERIC POWDER, BIRYANI MASALA
ADD CURRY LEAVES AND 2 CUPS WATER
BOIL FOR 4 MINS

MIX BASMATI RICE WITH MIXTURE
