THESE ARE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO MAKE MOOR KOZHAMBU YOGURT GRAVY.

1 JALAPENO GREEN PEPPER
2 TS OF VEGETABLE OIL
2 TS RICE

3 CURRY LEAVES
1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
1 TS TURMERIC POWDER
1 TS SALT

2 CUPS WATER
1 TS TOOR DAL
2 RED CHILIS
5 TS YOGURT

DIRECTIONS

CHOP THE JALAPENO GREEN CHILIS
CHOP THE OKRA INTO SMALL PARTS.

SOAK TOOR DAL AND RICE
IN A BOWL OF WATER FOR 15 MINUTES

START STOVE MEDIUM
KEEP PAN ON STOVE
PUT 2 TS OF VEGETABLE OIL

PUT 1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
WAIT 2 MINUTEs
PUT CHOPPPED GREEN CHILIS AND OKRA
ADD 1 TS SALT

FRY FOR 2 MINS
PUT 2 RED CHILIS AND 1 TS TURMERIC POWDER
ADD 5 TS YOGURT

BOIL FOR 5 MINS
PUT 3 CURRY LEAVES
KEEP FRYING FOR 5 MINS

YIELDS 6 SERVINGS
