1 TS FENUGREEK
2 CUPS SEMOLINA RAVA

1 TS SALT
3 CUPS WATER
4 TS OIL

TO PREPARE DOUGH
IDLI COOKER
9 INCH PAN

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1 : RINSE RICE THOROUGHLY
STEP 2 : RINSE URAD DAL WIH WATER
STEP 3 : SOAK RICE IN WATER FOR 4 HOURS
STEP 4 : SOAK URAD DAL IN WATER FOR 4 HOURS
STEP 5 : PUT SOME FENUGREEK IN WATER
STEP 6 : WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES

STEP 7 : GRIND THE RICE FOR 15 MINUTES
STEP 8 : ADD URID DAL TO MIX
STEP 9 : ADD FENUGREEK AND SEMOLINA RAVA TO MIX
STEP 10 : GRIND FOR 30 MINUTES
STEP 11 : TAKE DOUGH OUT FROM GRINDER
STEP 12 : ADD 1 TS SALT
STEP 13 : KEEP DOUGH OVERNIGHT FOR 8 HOURS

FOR RAVA DOSAI
STEP 14 : PUT 1 CUP OF DOUGH ON PAN
STEP 15 : ADD 1/2 TS OIL
STEP 16 : DOSAI IS READY

FOR RAVA IDLI
STEP 18 : TO MAKE IDLI, USE IDLI COOKER
STEP 19 : POOR DOUGH IN COOKER PANS
STEP 20 : BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL YOU HEAR SOUND
STEP 21 : WARM FOR 5 MINUTES
