INGREDIENTS

10 Potatoes sliced into small pieces

2 cups Baking Soda

2 cups salt

1 cup black pepper

4 cups besan flour

8 Carrots sliced into small pieces

3 Green chilis

2 Red Chilis

20 small green peas

DIRECTIONS

Use big bowl to mix besan flour, baking soda, salt, pepper and 2 cups. water to form Batter.

Add Potatoes, Carrots, green chilis, red chilis and green peas.

Keep it for 20 minutes

Use medium pan and heat oil for few minutes.

Add 5 medium size batters into hot oil.

Remove pakoras from oil after it turns brown.

Keep pakoras on a bowl with paper towel.

Leave it for 30 minutes.
