INDIAN RASAM(SOUP)

THESE ARE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO MAKE INDIAN RASAM.
IT CAN BE USED AS SOUP OR SIDEDISH FOR RICE.

INGREDIENTS

1 JALAPENO GREEN PEPPER
3 TS VEGETABLE OIL
2 TOMATOES

1 TS GINGER PASTE
4 CURRY LEAVES
1 TS CUMIN SEEDS

1 TS GARLIC PASTE
1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
2 CUPS WATER

1 TS RASAM POWDER
2 RED CHILIS
4 MINT LEAVES

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1 : CUT THE TOMATOES
STEP 2 : CHOP THE RED CHILIS
STEP 3 : START STOVE MEDIUM
STEP 4 : KEEP PAN ON STOVE

STEP 5 : PUT 2 TS OF VEGETABLE OIL
STEP 6 : PUT 1/4 TS BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
STEP 7 : WAIT 2 MINUTEs
STEP 8 : PUT CHOPPED TOMATOES

STEP 9 : FRY FOR 2 MINS
STEP 10 : PUT 1 TS GARLIC PASTE
STEP 11 : PUT 2 RED CHILIS
STEP 12 : PUT 1 TS GINGER PASTE

STEP 13 : PUT 2 CUPS WATER
STEP 14 : BOIL FOR 2 MINS
STEP 15 : PUT 2 TS RASAM POWDER

STEP 16 : MIX EVERYTHING
STEP 17 : BOIL FOR 5 MINS
STEP 18 : PUT CURRY LEAVES AND MINT
